Scandinavian design is not only white washed walls and furniture, it includes a pallet of colors pulled from nature.

Kitchen/Dining

Demonstrating all familiar kitchen layouts and showing different seating options for large groups.

Library

The configurations of this space provide areas of retreat and access to the internet.

Lobby

Due to the buildings’ nature of being asleep center, there was a desire to be more discreet with the lobby entrance.

Main Building

The main building is 4,910 in square footage and includes eleven different spaces. Two initial plans were provided to the client during the final proposal. After the client gave feedback before adapting them both to a single, merged idea.

Resident Rooms

There are two buildings for residents, one for short term stay and the other for long term stay. All resident rooms are equipped with a bed, dresser and private bathroom to ensure uninterrupted sleep.
